Courtney Worrell is CEO of 303 Associates and has 23+ years of successful real estate management. She is engaged in commercial, residential, and hospitality entitlements, leasing, construction, and acquisition. Courtney serves on the Board of several organizations and nonprofits. She and her husband Jack are adjusting to the empty-nesting lifestyle, now that their son is an Biosystems Engineering student at Clemson.

Dick Stewart is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of 303 Associates. In his retirement from successful careers in wireless and real estate, he now serves as chairman of 303 Associates and is on the board of many civic and non-profit organizations. Dick and his wife Sharon are silent philanthropists who love Beaufort’s history, natural beauty, and community. They enjoy spending time with their daughter and grandchildren.

Brandon joined 303 Associates with over a decade of experience in both construction and hospitality. Originally from Georgia, he’s worked in framing, drywall, painting, and more—always bringing a creative, hands-on approach to each project. A licensed CPO and POR, Brandon is driven by a desire to grow, improve, and turn everyday tasks into lasting results.

Donna McNaughton is an accountant and has been with 303 Associates since 2020. Donna is the go-to for all accounts receivables. She moved to the Lowcountry from New York and is enjoying going to all the Festivals and events.

Finlay is a Hospitality Management student at Georgia Southern University and a native of Augusta, GA. She brings a warm, guest-focused approach to her work and is passionate about delivering memorable experiences. Outside the office, Finlay enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Jawanna Garvin is an accountant that started with 303 Associates in 2024. Jawanna has two years of accounts payable experience and is looking to grow into all aspects of accounting with an end goal of becoming a CPA. She is from Savannah, GA and loves to travel and explore new adventures.

Leonard Colleton is an integral part of our maintenance and engineering department. A South Carolina native, Leonard loves to read and enjoys art and outdoor activities. Growing up on a farm, he took an early interest in carpentry. He is always striving to be better and serve as a positive impact for the community.

Melissa brings over a decade of property management experience to The Pearl, with a passion for helping people feel at home. Raised in the foothills of South Carolina but drawn to the coast, she’s lived around the world as part of a military family—including in Portugal, Spain, and Japan. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys live music, beach days, and time with her three grandbabies.

Navarra joined 303 Associates in 2025, bringing with her several years of customer service experience. A Beaufort native, Navarra takes pride in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth, welcoming experiences for everyone who walks through our doors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the natural beauty of the Lowcountry she proudly calls home.

Ralph, our maintenance and engineering guru, has been with our company since 2003. A retired marine, Ralph has expertise in various mechanical equipment and is an invaluable team member. He enjoys spending time with his family and kayaking. Fun fact: he has finished Chattajack (a 31 mile kayak race) 3 times!
